Each is essential to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Students will develop the following techniques: - Focused breathing - Recognizing tension and stress in the body - Mindful creativity through imaging - Bringing awareness to their own inner voice, and how to connect to their inner voice for guidance when needed.
