Develop resilience and effective coping strategies for navigating challenges.
As the instructor for "Mindful Moments," I bring a wealth of expertise and personal experience to guide students on their mindfulness journey. With degrees in psychology and philosophy, I possess a deep understanding of the human mind and the philosophical underpinnings of mindfulness practices.

Through my own mindfulness practice and teaching experience, I have witnessed the transformative power of mindfulness in my own life and the lives of others. I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering learning environment where students can explore mindfulness with confidence and curiosity.

With a blend of expertise, compassion, and authenticity, I am dedicated to guiding students on a journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and personal growth in our "Mindful Moments" class.
