Beat Black Friday and plan a mindful gift list for friends and family. In this conversation-based class, we will plan meaningful gifts for our loved ones. We'll discuss the environmental and financial impact of purchasing unneeded items as gifts. In these unusual times, people may not need as much "stuff" as we think they do. Learn how to plan holiday presents that will warm the hearts of your loved ones and show them you care. This guided conversation will follow four topics. First, we'll share gifts that have meant a lot to us in the past. What about those gifts made us feel happy and loved? Next, we'll create lists of people we want to give gifts to this holiday season. What do we value about them? What do they value in us and how can we share that? After that, we'll work together to brainstorm ideas for giving in different categories. (Gifts of time, gifts of creativity, gifts of experiences, low-waste gifts, and gifts of charity.) Finally, we'll match the people on our list to gift ideas that are perfect for them. We'll plan our time so we can make it happen by the holidays. Let's share our ideas together through conversation and community and use our talents and creativity to enrich the lives of others this holiday season.
