Class Experience
I am a personal development teacher with over 10 years of experience working with kids of all ages. I've taught mindfulness to kids in a Montessori school and now I teach online.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please note that this class is not therapeutic in nature. I will be teaching tools and not talking about personal emotions.
