Description

Class Experience

Students will learn a mindful breathing technique.
Students will create a drawing connected to mindfulness which may contain geometric shapes and lines.
I am a certified children's yoga and meditation teacher as well as certified K-12 arts educator. 
Students can use whatever drawing materials they have available, including: paper (copy paper or white drawing paper) pencil crayons markers colored pencils black marker
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The class is intended to be a fun exploration of mindfulness and drawing.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
