Description
Class Experience
I learned about change theory and counselling as part of my Bachelor studies at the University of Victoria, in BC. I believe these theories are helpful to all on a personal level, and that tools for personal growth are powerful. I'm excited to share these concepts with learners who are eager to understand themselves better.
Please bring a sheet of paper and a pencil to the meeting for the live activity.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Addictions will be discussed from a cultural/social model. Chemical/biological addictions theories are criticized.
