Class Experience

Students will learn to breath In different patterns  for calm, stress relief, anxiety management, energy  and focus, and will learn to engage all their senses to help them access successful meditations quickly and easily.
I am a mind/body instructor and Reiki master.  I have used guided meditation with and without movement successfully with hundreds of learners of all ages over almost 2 decades.  
A yoga mat or comfortable space to relax in both a seated and/or lying down position is recommended.  Also, if possible, learners should be in a quiet space without distractions or background noise.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
