The weekly Military History social club is a chance for your history buff to interact with other kids in their age group that share similar interests. Students will be given ample opportunity in both the live class meetings and in the classroom to have educational, respectful, and entertaining discussions about various different aspects of military history. The weekly meetings will be facilitated by the instructor, but led by the students. Each week, a topic will be presented to students as our main topic of discussion. Students will know the topics one full week in advance so they can come to class with any information that they would like to share with other classmates. The first several weeks of class will focus on the following topics: Week of May 9: The Bismarck Week of May 16: The Schlieffen Plan Week of May 23: Soviet Gulags Week of May 30: World War I Aircraft This class is an ongoing class, which means students will be able to join and withdraw whenever they please, so long as there is room in the class. The class fee will be billed on a recurring basis for as long as a student remains enrolled. This course will be largely discussion based. The instructor will provide a short introduction to the topic, as well as photos and videos that will help students to engage with the content.
