Description

Class Experience

Students will learn a variety of yoga poses including positioning and safety during yoga. Students will learn poses meant to strengthen their body. 
A yoga mat and water bottle will be needed for class. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners should have an open area with ample space to move around. Students should wear comfortable clothes they can easily move around in and be barefoot to prevent slipping. Parents should monitor students during class to ensure safety although safety cues are given throughout class. Students should have water nearby to stay hydrated!
