In this fun, useful class, students will learn how easy it is to convert numbers between fractions, decimals, and percentages! This class is designed to learn, practice, review and solidify these skills. I will teach by doing conversions in real time on paper and checking in with students as we work on worksheets for class. I'm a very laid-back teacher, and I love to have fun. I also value respect - for each learner, for each other, and for myself as a teacher. I am very passionate about math and I love teaching others about it, too! I'll make use of worksheets during class to help drive the points home. I'll be sure to make space for any questions in all class sessions as well. Class Schedule: Day 1: Introductions, rules and expectations, show how to do the basic conversions, and do Worksheet 1 as a class. Day 2: Do Worksheet 2 as a class and review as necessary. Day 3: Do Worksheet 3 as a class and review as necessary. Day 4: Do Worksheet 4 as a class and review as necessary.

Supply List
Please bring a notebook, pencil, optional colored pens, eraser, and calculator to each class. It would be beneficial to print off and bring the worksheet for the day to class. I’ll be supplying the worksheets in the classroom.
