Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Learners will review and improve their understanding of 5th-grade mathematics while gaining confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Having taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade math across 3 states and over the duration of 10 years, Mrs. Bombard is well-versed in not only various state standards but also in addressing math with those who wish to abstain from the Common Core methodology. Through this knowledge, we are able to address both ideologies within our learning
Learners should come to class prepared with a pencil and scratch paper or a whiteboard and dry erase marker. We will utilize the annotate feature within Zoom as well as Nearpod for more fun and engaging interaction with the content.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
