This class will focus on the MiG 25 Foxbat the fastest and highest-flying fighter in the world. When it was first publicly displayed at a 1967 Russian airshow, it surprised the West. This class will instruct the student about the MiG 25 long-range fighter, different variants, and basic facts about the aircraft. The focus will be on both scientific and historic facts about this jet fighter and how it served multiple nations during the Cold War. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information in this course. There is also an informational video about the MiG 25. The desire of the teacher is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions. There will be no assigned homework in this class and the teaching style will be lecture via power point material with a few questions asked of the students.
