Description

Class Experience

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance not required but the following supervision of the area and attire is suggested: 
- Make sure the learner is in an open space where they can move freely without objects impeding them.
- Please have the learner barefoot or wearing only socks, on a surface where slipping is not likely. 
- Bring a water bottle to hydrate and cool down.
