Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 8
Why should we learn grammar? Learning proper grammar enables students to become better writers. We will meet 2x a week in this ongoing class. Each week will focus on a different grammar topic. The classes will follow this format weekly:

TUESDAY: There will be a lesson on the topic of the week. This will be teacher-led but student interaction will be encouraged. The class will then complete a worksheet on the topic.
THURSDAY: Students will review the topic of the week by coming up with examples together. The class will then complete a worksheet on the topic. We will take the worksheet up together. Students will play a game of Kahoot to review our topic.
