Class Experience
This five-week course will cover necessary background information on the nature of science for students to successfully enter and complete middle school science courses! As a licensed teacher, I believe that students learn science best through exploration, group work, and hands-on activities. Real-world problems, situations, and problem-based learning will drive student inquiry throughout this course. Students will have multiple opportunities to interact with other students and myself...
Students will be given optional homework packets each week. These packets will include optional labs, worksheets, and projects.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
