This summer camp will cover the basics of the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). We recommend that students who are either entering middle school or who have just completed middle school enroll in this class. However, if you feel your child is excelling in science and needs a challenge, please feel free to enroll them! This summer class will be a great opportunity to get a head start on middle school science concepts or gain more individualized practice for students who have just completed middle school. Each week, students will be provided with an instructional video, interactive Nearpod lesson, a science lab (virtual or hands on), discussion questions, and optional homework.
Learning Goals
Students will review/preview the middle school Next Generation Science Standards.
