This 7 week course is designed to help students transition smoothly into middle school science by building a solid foundation in key scientific concepts. Through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions, students will develop a genuine curiosity and love for science. 🧪This course is structures into weekly classes over 7 weeks. Each week focuses on specific topics that are covered in middle school science. This course is perfect for incoming middle schoolers that either want a head start in science or that may be missing some of those core science concepts from elementary school! 🌿Topics covered include: -Introduction to Middle School Science -Scientific Method and Inquiry -Foundations of Life Science: Cells, Organisms, and Ecosystems -Foundations of Physical Science: Matter, Energy, Forces, and Motion 🔭Student Outcomes: ✅Develop a genuine curiosity and love for science. ✅Gain confidence in understanding and applying scientific ideas. ✅Build a strong foundation for success in middle school science.
