Hi Learners and Parents! In this full year physical science course, learners will enter a journey through the natural world. This journey will be feature engaging learning material in the form or text, images, and videos, hands-on projects to reinforce concepts and empower students to take learning into their own hands, and ultimately encourage a love of science and curiosity! I believe strongly that science is meant to be taught in the learners hands. Therefore, this physical science class will provide your learner the unique opportunity to engage in science in a way that they both understand and ENJOY! Science is meant to be fun! Hi learners and parents!
I currently am a credentialed teacher in Washington State and hold my endorsements in biology (5-12), health (K-12) and fitness (K-12).
I currently teach AP Biology, honors biology, anatomy and physiology and health science.
Last year, I taught biology, environmental science, health, physics and P.E. to middle and high school students.
I hold my Masters Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in life sciences and health.
I received my Bachelors Degree in the field of Sports Medicine from Whitworth University. I completed 1,250 clinical hours working with medical doctors, physicians assistants and physical therapists in physical therapy clinics, collegiate, semi-professional and high school athletic training rooms, emergency rooms and urgent cares.
