Middle School Math for Everyone is a comprehensive approach to middle school math instruction. It is designed for students who prefer to learn remotely, while learning the same skills as those in a traditional classroom. The coursework will be presented in a sequential manner, allowing those who return to school to do so with minimal transition. Students will learn the following: ratios and proportional relationships, the number system, expressions and equations, geometry, statistics,...
Students will learn the skills and concepts within a middle school level math curriculum.
I have taught middle school for over 20 years. I am certified to teach math, and I currently write curriculum, and research online learning tools.
Students should have a basic calculator, and tools for taking notes in class.
Nearpod is used to review concepts within class. Feedback will be provided to families on a regular basis.
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
