Class Experience
Students will learn about the types and stages of ecological succession. Succession is the natural process that occurs in all ecosystems. Sometimes succession will keep going until a climax community has occurred. They will also learn the types of plants and animals that are found in each stage. Learning will take place through a slide show and discussion. A kahoot will quiz the learners on what they learned and students will create a labeled drawing showing the stages of succession in...

II taught middle school science in public schools for 8 years. I've been teaching science courses online for 4 years.
Homework assigned will be to find examples of succession and take a photo that can be posted in the classroom.
