This class will serve as a homeroom where students meet up and discuss current events, classes that they're are taking, recreational activities, and daily brain exercises. I will help them get ready to start (or continue) their day and aside from the social aspect, I will guide them through organizing and preparing for the day. The first 15 minutes of the class will be dedicated to current events and brain exercises, while the second 15 minutes will be devoted to students socializing and collaborating while preparing for their day. There is no weekly outline because each class will be dictated by current events and student discussions.

Welcome, my name is Ms. Dee and I hope to have you in one of my classes! I have been teaching for over 7 years, and I have a bachelor's degree in Communications, from the University of Florida. I have taught every age range from preschool to high school. One of my favorite things about teaching is exploring subjects from not only my perspective as an educator but from the perspective of my students. I believe that education should be exciting to students, it should serve as a basis to guide their ideas and creativity to new heights.
