In this semester long class, students will learn grammar foundations that will set them up to be successful in writing.
Class experience
In this semester long class, students will learn the basics of grammar that will help them build strong writing skills. The class will start with simple topics and progress to more difficult concepts. Some topics may be review but the class will go into more detail to make the topics relevant for the age group. This class can also be paired with Middle School Writing which will be offered in the 2nd semester of the year. The two classes combined together can equate a full year of Language...
Students will become more comfortable with multiple grammar concepts. Students should be able to recognize major grammar concepts and be able to explain them. Students will learn how to apply these grammar concepts to writing skills/practice.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
