To ensure continuous access to learning materials, all course content will be available before and after class. What to Expect: - Weekly Assignments: Sharpen your skills with short writing exercises, graphic organizers, and interactive multiple-choice or matching activities. - Major Projects: Showcase your learning with three creative projects presentations or essays—that delve deeper into the semester’s themes. Learning Goals
Students will be able to identify and apply key grammar concepts, including parts of speech, sentence structure, punctuation, and subject-verb agreement, to create clear and grammatically correct sentences in their writing
Students will be able to identify and analyze key elements of fiction, including character, setting, plot, conflict, and theme, and use this understanding to interpret and discuss how these elements contribute to the overall meaning of a story.
