Microbes Coloring Book and Scavenger Hunt

In this three week course, students will be provided coloring sheets with different microbes. We will then discuss the microbes, color them, and complete a scavenger hunt.

Description

Class Experience

Hello and Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this fun and interactive class. During this class, students will be introduced to three different classes of Microbes: Bacteria, Viruses, and Protists. Coloring sheets and a Scavenger Hunt Log will be provided before class to print out. 

For each Microbe, we will do the following: discuss the shapes and types, color the microbes, and find them on the Scavenger sheet (this will also included coloring with corresponding colors). Students will...

Students will learn about a variety of microbes. The repetitive coloring and identification helps students to remember the microbe's shapes and names.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
