Oh, Tootles! Oooh, Tootles! Put on something RED and join us for a terrific day of dance! Together, we will play dance games and explore movement in a variety of dance styles. We’ll learn a short dance combination to one of our favorite Mickey Mouse tunes. Experience: No prior experience required. Preparation & Best Practices: Plan to join the class 5 minutes early. I recommend that you position your camera so that I can clearly see the student while dancing. This helps me to monitor progress and give specific feedback. Have water available, and be sure to dress appropriately for movement. Either sweatpants or leggings would be a good choice for movement. Younger dancers should always be supervised when attending class. Dancers are welcome to repeat this class and also check out other character classes on my schedule. Don’t see a Dance Party with the character or show that your child loves? Email me directly and make a request! Feel free to contact me with a scheduling request or to discuss private classes for individuals or groups.
Learning Goals
In this Dance Party, we’re going to get our wiggles and our giggles out. Our goal is to dance our way to a terrific time, using such skills as turn-taking and following directions while we develop gross motor control and coordination.

Be sure to create a safe, unobstructed location that allows for freedom of movement. Parents are encouraged to monitor children at all times for physical safety and technical concerns.
Supply List
Dance shoes, socks or bare feet - depending upon floor surface Bring a Prop: today’s "mousekatool" is a ball that you can dance with (as small as a tennis ball as big as a beach ball) Recommended: Let’s all wear something RED! Be sure to wear clothing that allows for easy movement such as leggings or sweatpants. *For anyone wanting to wear a costume, please be certain that the length will be safe and the fit is neither too restrictive or too baggy. * If wearing a dress or skirt, please wear shorts or leggings underneath.
