Class experience
Your learner will meet live in this two day class. Learners will be making 3 recipes, two cookies and 1 filling. Total of 4 variations of gourmet cookies you’d find in a traditional Mexican bakery. I will guide them on measuring out the ingredients needed for the recipes. They will make two cookie recipes in the first live virtual class, and bake one, as the other one needs to be refrigerated. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learners will be using a mixer and oven, be available if your learner may need help. Oven will be hot.
