In this One-Time class, students will listen to the story 'How to Catch a Mermaid', answer comprehension questions, help complete a story map, and draw their own picture of a mermaid!
Class experience
This is a one-time class. This class is perfect for little artists ages 4-9, no drawing experience necessary. We will be reading 'How to Catch a Mermaid' by Adam Wallace and Andy Elkerton. Throughout the story, I will call on students and ask comprehension questions. We will engage in fun conversations about mermaids and how they are similar to animals in the sea.
