Mermaid Safety
In this one time course, students will learn the basics of mermaid safety so that if they want to swim in a mermaid tail, they know how to do it safely. This course is not intended to replace certified dive training for mermaids.

In this class we will discuss safety techniques and policies for the use of mermaid tails. This is not a comprehensive course, but more so for the swimmer who would like to branch into mermaid. We will also discuss how to ensure safety during dry events for those who would like to work as a mermaid for an event such as a birthday party. This will be a lecture style class with plenty of room for questions.

Parental Guidance
We will talk about how to avoid underwater blackouts which may be distressing for some learners.
