Each week students will immerse themselves in an exciting adventure through space and time with our friends Jack and Annie using their continued adventures in the world of the Magic Treehouse. The Merlin Missions series is perfect for students who love the world of the Magic Treehouse but require a higher level reading challenge. In this series Jack and Annie continue to experience the exciting adventures they enjoyed in the original Magic Treehouse series, but your student will stretch their literacy muscles with chapter books that have more complex sentence structure, higher word count, and less illustrations.

The Merlin Missions series is perfect for readers who are advancing in their skills but still enjoy completing a quick weekly chapter book challenge. Chapters are short and concise, but filled with exciting twists and turns that are bound to inspire your student to continue reading. Students can read these books with a physical copy, digital copy, or with the assistance of a narrated unabridged audiobook recording.

After reading the weekly Merlin Missions series selection our club will gather together for a live meeting where we will; discuss the story, participate in a presentation that goes more in depth about the time in history that this week's book covers, play a fun literacy game, and present optional student book illustrations that align with the weekly story. If we have time at the end of each live meeting we will read a sample from the next week's book selection.
