Class Experience

Mercy?  To the Rescue?  Or was she?  
Each meeting students will be expected to have read the assigned chapters.  This is a great start to reading comprehension assessment.  This class is designed for young readers getting familiar with book clubs, as well as those young readers who just love to read.  I hope that it will inspire them to want to read more.  Book clubs are a great way to motivate us to read, providing accountability.  We will discuss in light detail, the characters, settings,...

Students will have fun learning and be inspired to think deeper about characters and events as we go through the chapters and discuss characters and events in light detail.  This course is designed for young readers just beginning to be introduced to book club.  But it is also great for those young readers who just love to read and may have already done a book club or two.

Assigned reading, expected to be done before our meeting.
