Students should know math tables upto 9 Children should know addition and multiplication concepts Day1: Art of Calculating 100 Tables in the Mind: In this trick, Student learns how to calculate up to 100 Multiplication Tables in Mind without using pen and paper. Students will learn to master “Balancing method”, which helps to master the art of calculating tables upto 100 in the mind. Day2 : Single Line Division: In this method, students will master the art of division with one-digit divisor & two-digit divisor in a single step avoiding the lengthy and longer routine division. The class will be interactive where students will be asked to solve problems on the spot and calculate answers without using a pen and paper. The idea is to inspire them to do mental maths.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their mental speed of calculations, without using calculators. The goal is to help them do quick mental multiplication and division. Students will learn the principals behind these mental calculations.
