What's included
1 live meeting
50 mins in-class hours per weekClass Experience
Students actively engage in their mental health through guided instruction and class discussion on important topics such as handling stress, neurodiversity, coping skills, neurobiology, and brain hacks. Learners explore their own needs and responses in a supportive, accessible, interactive environment. The content learned is linked to healthy sleep and wake cycles, decreasing intensity of difficulties, and creating optimal wellness for the heart, brain, and lungs. This class is for all learners—whether your stress is at a high level 10 or low level 1—all brains can benefit from these skills. The class begins with a check-in and is followed by an introduction to the topic of the day. The topic of the day features one of the subjects listed below, including its background and significance, with conversation woven throughout. My teaching style is highly engaging and learners are encouraged to participate in any way that is comfortable for them (participation is NOT mandatory). As a neurodivergent mental health professional and neurodiversity consultant, different operating and learning styles are highly celebrated and centered in my student spaces.
