This ongoing nature class will delve into the details of some very interesting animals: the top predators. Each week we will focus on a specific animal and find out why it is at the top. We will learn about their taxonomy, prey, habitat, life cycle, distinctive traits, and special abilities. Students will learn about important related science concepts and vocabulary. Each class is packed with photos, videos, and facts. Students are encouraged to share and discuss! Predators repeat after 64 weeks. When my three daughters are home from college we love going for hikes, cooking together, and of course, snuggling our two funny cats, Pumpkin and Marigold.
