Each week in this ongoing class, students will learn and move through a theme. Students will learn about the meaning of yoga practice and will experience breathing techniques and yoga flows. This class encourages students to share and reflect on their experiences in and out of class in a way that promotes the values of community (Sangha) and compassion (ahimsa). A yoga mat (recommended) A quiet space that students can move and stretch in.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Yoga flow that includes balancing on one leg, twists, and core workout. Space needed for the safety and convenience of students.
