Description
Class Experience
Are you a fan of MeepCity on Roblox? This class is all about meeting other fans, sharing our love of the game, role playing and making friends! We will meet up in a teacher hosted, private server - where we can safely make friends, chat and play in a moderated session. We will develop confidence in talking to others, we will share game tips and practice kindness with each other and show off our neighborhood and visit those of others. If your learner loves Meep City but you are concerned...
Learners will need a access the zoom classroom and have access to Roblox and the free game MeepCity.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The website Common Sense Media rated Roblox age 13. This is largely due to the unmoderated nature of the games, and the ability to chat. This class will include gameplay in a private server, with only the other class participants, so this is a safer way to interact with the game. The participants will need to become an in-game friend with the teacher for the duration of the class.
