What's included
1 live meeting
1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this class, students will learn a step by step process on how to create abstract art with the purpose of relaxing, having fun, and meditating. Art is such a useful tool for expressing our emotions in healthy ways, processing our stress, and exploring our own creativity and individuality in the process. SUPPLY LIST included is super important, students need to make sure they have each item before the course. My teaching style is encouraging, kind, engaging, experienced, and immersive! No prior experience in painting or meditation is required, this is a beginner friendly course and everyone is welcome! We will be taking a look at color theory (what different colors mean) and also a brief intro into painting abstraction. Students will be able to uncover and discover more about themselves through the use of art-exploration.
