In this class, we will learn how to create abstract art with the purpose of relaxing, having fun, and meditating. Art is such a useful tool for expressing our emotions in healthy ways, processing our stress, and exploring our own creativity in the process. My teaching style is encouraging, kind, engaging, experienced, and immersive! No prior experience in painting or meditation is required, this is a beginner friendly course and everyone is welcome! We will be taking a look at color theory (what different colors mean) and also a brief intro into painting abstraction.

Supply List
Students will need either a physical paper (notebook, journal, sketchbook, construction paper, printer paper) with pens, markers, colored pencils or they will need a digital art form (iPad to draw on). Etc.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
