Hello Parents and Students, Think of class as your child’s “Me time.” Students will need a quiet place to be on their own during class without distraction if possible. They may also need a headset which can help them focus. If there are siblings in class, it works best if they are in separate rooms otherwise, the wiggles take over! And if siblings aren’t in class, ask if they can give the student private space. Pets are welcome as some students find it helpful. If your student needs to move and groove during class, they can; just make sure they know how to turn off their video and mute. If you find your child wants the meditation but isn’t keen to participate, they can watch the video at their leisure and fit class into their schedule. And please have them bring drawing materials to class- pen, paper, crayons, whatever you have on hand. I look forward to having your student in class! It’s been a pleasure teaching over 100 kids these tools and witnessing them find a still point within during this extraordinary time. in peace, Michelle
