I am certified as a Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher through Yoga Life Studio and Next Generation Yoga. I've been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to kids and teenagers since 2010. I have my Yoga Certificate (200RYT) through Power Yoga Works and Beyond Asana. My training in Mindfulness Mediation was completed in 2019 with Cindy Lee. I have been leading Mediation through Yoga Home for about 2 years and love the concept of meeting once a week for a month to come together to practice different techniques. Some meditation techniques resonate more with others, so it's important to become exposed to different ways and choose how you prefer to settle the mind. My goal is to lead mediation, but also help others learn how to practice on their own (using me as a resource when needed!)
None. This course is designed for students to begin their own meditation practice, if they choose!
