In this class students will learn the benefits of meditation and positive affirmations. Each student can choose their own affirmation. (Repeating a word or short sentence over and over ) The class will start with a brief discussion on the subject. We will do breathing exercises together before the meditation. This is an interactive class, we will all meditate together. Kids will spends 20 minutes doing meditation using the affirmations. Examples of positive affirmations are as follows. I am...
Students will learn tools thet can use forever. They can change their thoughts and calm themselves with meditation.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
