Game Mission: Operation Guardians is a top-secret underground fraternity with the most highly skilled knights and scholars in the world. Nobody outside of the organization knows what their true purpose is, but many have speculated that they handle all strife within the Medieval realm. They are always in need of worthy recruits, and you have been selected. The Golden Templars Seal Ring is gone! The Guardians had supper at Lord Justin's manor, and during the night his ring went missing! The Knights are the sworn protectors of Lord Justin's land and possessions. Furthermore, the punishment for stealing one of the most sacred artifact is banishment and embarrassment. All of the knights were in attendance when the ring went missing. Therefore, it had to be one of the Guardian Knights. We believe that one of the Guardians is an impostor sent to steal the ring, and learn of the organization's secrets. You have been selected to look into the case, and find the impostor in disguise. This is where your story begins. Learners will work in breakout rooms, and work as a team to solve a series of times puzzles, including a virtual 360° scavenger hunt of the crime scene. Other challenges will include a cryptogram cipher, logic riddle, crossword puzzle and medieval themed challenge. Students will earn clues to help them narrow down a selection of eight potential suspects. Teams will also design their own coat of arms! This course is highly interactive, and students will be provided with a class kit for all of their activities. No background knowledge into the Knights Templar, medieval history or additional resources are required. For the design challenge, learners are encouraged to have basic art supplies, such as markers, crayons, colored pencils.

Students will improve their vocabulary, deductive reasoning and logic skills. This game will emphasize team building and reading comprehension.
