This course is the second of eight in a series designed to help students not only take a deep dive into the characteristics associated with ADHD; but, also learn how to thrive with the qualities that make them uniquely them. In this class, students will participate in a self-assessment and a review of seven activities that address the topic. Then, students will pick one or more activity that works best for them to complete as "homework". (Homework may require the support of an adult for...
