This course will help students not only take a deep dive into the characteristics associated with ADHD; but, also learn how to thrive with the qualities that make them uniquely them. In class, students will participate in weekly self-assessments and a review of activities to address a specific area of their ADHD. Then, students will pick the activity that works best for them to complete as "homework". (Homework may require the support of an adult for planning and execution purposes. The goal of homework activities is to develop realistic approaches towards attainable results.)
