The students will compare and contrast their heart rate by completing small increments of movement. The students will record their heart rate and monitor it over a period of time. I am a Master teacher with a certification in Health, & Physical Education (grades K-12). I have the following degrees: M.ED- Adult Education & B.S in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.
The students will need a stop watch, a calculator or pencil and paper for simple math. Please wear a comfortable outfit and gym shoes. Please have water handy for consumption.
