Do you want to prevent summer slide and ensure that your 2nd grader is ready for 3rd grade math? Do you have an advanced learner who will be starting 2nd grade in the fall and would like a head start with 2nd grade math? If so, then join us this summer as we review key 2nd grade math concepts using engaging online math lessons and fun games with a certified teacher. Mathsters Summer Camp is a 6-week online math program that reviews 2nd grade math standards in a fun and interactive way! In this 6-week online course, students will meet twice a week to participate in live online lessons. Each lesson will consist of the following: 🏄🏾♂️daily warm-ups 🏄🏽♀️mini lesson taught by a certified teacher 🏄🏾fun game for students to practice math skills and build fluency 🏄🏾♂️optional worksheet (for additional practice after class) Let's surf from 2nd grade to 3rd grade and master those 2nd grade math skills in Mathsters Summer Camp! Whiteboard is an engagement platform that facilitates interactive virtual learning by enabling learners to actively participate during lessons and easily follow along with their teacher. Learners will NOT need to create an account for Whiteboard. Rather, a link, or an access code will be provided to students to participate in the lessons.
Gimkit may be used during some lessons. Gimkit is a classroom game platforms where students compete by answering questions on their electronic devices. Learners will NOT need to create an account for Gimkit. Rather, an access code will be provided to students to participate in the lessons.
