Description
Class Experience
Participants will learn what a maximum heart rate, target heart rate, and baseline heart rate is. Participants will learn how to calculate their maximum heart rate and target heart rate.
Each co-taught course will include a Math For The Middles instructor with over 5 years of experience in certified personal training from Action Certified Personal Trainers.

1 hour per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Safety and privacy are our top priorities. Parental guidance is suggested to ensure participants are adequately dressed for active movements including proper footwear (sneakers), open workout space, water bottle to stay hydrating and stretching before hand. Parents and participants should be aware and comfortable with cardio exercises such as jumping jacks, running in place, mountain climbers etc are geared to raise heart rates. Although these are basic and safe fitness exercises, stretching before class is recommended as engaging in any form of exercise always holds the possibility of injury. No exercise equipment will be required or needed.
