Do you have a kiddo who loves math and is looking for a challenge?! Join us for a weekly math club where we'll engage in friendly competitions, math challenges, and engage in some performance tasks centered on mathematical thinking.

Each week we will engage in a performance task that is challenging, yet attainable. Mrs. Bombard will provide feedback to learners to help guide them in their journey toward solving the task. Please note that healthy struggle may occur.Progress Report
Mrs. Bombard can provide you with a progress report for your learner after 4 consecutive weeks of attendance. This is done only at the request of the grown-up enrolling their learner.Certificate of Completion
After 4 weeks of participation, Mrs. Bombard will provide your learner with a certificate of completion! Your learner can earn additional certificates for every 4 weeks of Book Club participation.Class Experience

Calling all math fans! Whether you like to solve deep mathematical problems or enjoy speeding through math at top speed, you'll have a blast in our weekly Math Club! Each week is designed to enrich any math curricula, provide opportunities to be challenged, and spark your learner's passion for mathematics. Florida resident? Mrs. Bombard will happily share Florida certification information so you can submit for reimbursement under PEP or UA guidelines! During each Math Club meeting, we'll warm up our mathematical thinking with a friendly computation competition. Then, we'll dive right in to a challenge that will cause us to think, collaborate, and discuss to come up with the solution. Week of October 7th: Don't Make a Triangle! Week of October 14th: There's More Than One Way to Fold a Cube Week of Otcober 21st: No Class Week of October 28th: The Wobbly Cube Topics for November and December will be added by September 30th. Interactive Engagement: We believe in creating an inclusive and interactive environment where every participant has a voice. Learners are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, share their thoughts and insights, and collaborate with their peers. We understand that learning is a collaborative journey.
