Feedback will be provided for the discussion questions. The submitted assessments will be graded, and that grade will be shared with the individual student via messaging.Class Experience
US Grade 3 - 6
I will provide short, self-created instructional videos, along with questions/games, real-world applications, cross-curricular applications, and assessments to determine mastery of the skills covered for each lesson. The student will be encouraged to take notes as they move through the lessons as this will help them complete their assignments, and I will respond to any questions that may be posted typically within a 24-hour time frame. All activities should be completed within a 4-week time frame, but time can be extended as needed. Upon completing the activities, the student should have a deeper understanding of what integers are, how they are used in real-life, and how to perform simple calculations with integers.
Learning Goals
Objectives covered:
-graphing integers on the number line and on a coordinate grid
-finding the absolute value of an expression
-comparing and ordering integers
-simplifying expressions by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing integers

I LOVE math! I love finding creative and interesting ways to deliver instruction while helping students build their math sense. After 25 years of teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2 to students with a variety of skill levels, including 5 years teaching online to students learning from home, I feel uniquely qualified to provide learners with the tools they need to become masters of mathematics!
