Homework
1 hour per week. I can provide extra practice sheets for the concept(s) we worked on during our session together. The questions will have answers provided so the student can hone their skills outside of class time!Grading

Beginner - Advanced Level
Students can come to tutoring sessions with specific questions from their homework or ask to cover a broad concept. I have 12+ years of classroom teaching experience as well as 20+ years as a private math tutor so I can come up with lessons on the spot if needed! I am a patient, cheerful, and enthusiastic teacher. We will interact via video and online whiteboard, and students will be able to see what I'm writing in real-time. Concepts Include (but are not limited to): - Number Sense -Algebra - Data Analysis - Spatial Sense - Financial Literacy If it is in the Grade 7 or Grade 8 curriculum, we can cover it! A copy of the session notes will be sent to you upon compression of the session so students can look back and reference them.

Student should come prepared with pencils, erasers, paper (line or graph), a calculator, and the homework/concept they are working on.
