โ๏ธCourse Overview: This course is designed to build the fact fluency skills essential for success in middle school math! ๐Class Structure: Students will focus on mastering multiplication facts from families 2 through 12. Each session will include engaging practice activities, culminating in students tracking their efficiency and accuracy to monitor their progress. The structure emphasizes developing foundational skills critical for excelling in middle school math (6th, 7th, and 8th grades). ๐Teaching Style: This course is all about Student-Centered Learning! Through interactive games, dynamic discussions, and engaging activities, students will sharpen their fact fluency while having fun. Research consistently shows that a student-centered approach is key to effective learning, and thatโs exactly what this course delivers! ๐Interaction Level: Expect a Medium to High level of interaction! Students will engage with me and their peers through games, video clips, and guided discussions. To prioritize student safety, open chat and microphone use will be limited, with all interactive activities carefully selected to maximize learning in a secure and supportive environment. โ๏ธGet ready to build confidence, have fun, and master the multiplication facts that are the foundation of middle school math success!

Parental Guidance
External resources will be used to enhance learning. These resources will be used during class time via screen share or during independent work time. Some external resources used will require student accounts which will be activated and assigned by the teacher at no additional cost to you. The teacher will assign generic (no personal identifiers) username/passwords for each student. The student will only have access to their generic accounts while enrolled in my course. All external resources have been vetted and approved to be appropriate for learning. External resources: Google Applications.
